Minimum Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following state and local qualifications to be considered:

Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program
-
Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks, FBA/BIP processes, and IEP development
-
Previous experience in a K12 school setting preferred

Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting, as required by the school district
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment data
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement academic and behavioral interventions
-
Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
-
Support students' social-emotional development and mental health needs
-
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
-
Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team focused on promoting positive student outcomes
